Job description

• Greet and assist customers over the phone, and via email.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
• Conduct daily welcome calls and confirmation calls to ensure customer satisfaction and appointment verification.
• Maintain and update customer records in the company system.
• Support office management tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:

Friday: 8am - 4:00pm (8hrs)
Saturday: 8am - 4:00pm (8hrs)
Sunday: 8am - 2:00pm (6hrs)
Monday: 8am - 4:00pm (8hrs)
