Job description

We’re looking for a sharp and creative UI Designer who not only makes things look beautiful but makes them work beautifully too. You’ll take the lead on visual design across our digital products, with just the right touch of UX thinking to ensure those good looks translate into smooth, intuitive user experiences.

This isn’t a wireframe-only role — we’re after someone who understands hierarchy, accessibility, motion, and modern interaction patterns. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to bring elegant solutions to life.

What You’ll Do
  • Create visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile platforms

  • Translate user journeys and product requirements into polished UI designs

  • Work with UX artifacts (user flows, personas, wireframes) to inform UI decisions

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual design system

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure high-fidelity implementation

  • Contribute ideas that elevate the overall product experience — not just how it looks, but how it feels

  • Run small usability tests or interpret UX data when needed (bonus points!)

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years experience in UI or Product Design

  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma is our go-to, but we love a multi-tool pro)

  • A portfolio that shows an eye for detail, clarity, and strong visual hierarchy

  • Understanding of core UX principles (you know when to nudge a wireframe)

  • Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments

  • Bonus: motion design, accessibility knowledge, or light UX research chops

What You’ll Get
  • Remote-first flexibility

  • Collaborative, design-led culture

  • A say in shaping both product and process

  • Projects that aren’t just pretty, but purposeful
