This role is based in Australia and predominantly work-from-home (ideally based from VIC or QLD but not a deal breaker). However, regular travel is a core part of the position. The National Sales Manager is expected to spend approximately one week every six weeks in the field, working alongside KAMs across QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA. These trips will include client meetings to strengthen relationships, provide in-field coaching, and support team performance.
The National Sales Manager will play a key leadership role, managing a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) to drive growth of Montu’s brand and product range across our prescribing partners and clinic network. You'll be responsible for setting sales strategies, supporting your team, fostering strong partnerships with clinics and prescribers, and ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of the sales cycle.
