Job Description

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Warranty Clerk is responsible for processing returns, warranties and transfers. The objective of this role is to improve returns and warranties processing times, accuracy, and completion rates in effort to remove non-moving product, ultimately allowing our stores to receive upgraded inventory & be first to market with the latest moving product.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Process and verify returns and warranties according to Company guidelines within set timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, transfers, and inventory updates.
  • Coordinate with DC, vendors, Finance, and Sales on credits and transfers.
  • Communicate with customers, branches, and vendors regarding returns and warranties.
  • Support regional inventory initiatives and improve processing accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

  • Experience or knowledge in the automotive aftermarket and parts supply industry, complemented by warehouse or retail expertise.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and delivery management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
