We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner (Contractor) to join our team immediately through September 30th (with potential to extend). This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is comfortable navigating ambiguity. You’ll work closely with business leaders and employees to deliver end-to-end people support, from coaching and performance guidance to employee relations and organizational development.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll bring a strong understanding of U.S. employment standards and HR best practices. You’ll be a key partner in driving people strategies that align with business goals, while remaining agile and adaptable to shifting priorities in our evolving startup environment. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and operational execution.
Please note that this is a contractor position with an end date of September 30th, with the potential for extension.
