👋🏻 Hey there!

As a Influencer Sourcing Specialist at Insense, you’ll be responsible for finding, vetting, and onboarding top-performing UGC creators for paid ads on Meta and TikTok. You’ll own the creator pipeline, making sure we always have strong talent matched to the right briefs and clients, and that each creator is set up to deliver exactly what’s expected.- tiktok shop
You’ll work closely with Project Managers (DAMs), Creative Strategists, and Video Editors to make sure creators are ready to deliver high-quality raw content, and that we keep improving how we work with them.

📍This role is open to anyone based in Americas Time Zone

⏰You must be available every working day between 9 am and 6 pm EST.

Who we are looking for

Required:

  • 2–4 years in UGC, influencer marketing, or creator management
  • Source creators through dedicated creator platforms and databases
  • Hands-on experience sourcing and onboarding creators
  • Strong platform knowledge (Meta, TikTok)
  • Understands content performance metrics and how to align talent to goals
  • Highly organized with SOP building experience
  • Comfort with tools like Monday.com / ClickUp.com, Notion, Klaviyo, Slack, Google
Responsibilities

Creator Sourcing & Vetting
•Identify, screen, and recommend UGC creators across verticals and platforms
•Deliver curated creator shortlists aligned to campaign briefs and client needs
•Build scalable sourcing systems (platform searches, outreach SOPs, inbound form filters, etc.)

Creator Roster Management

•Maintain an active, organized creator roster
•Tag creators by niche, platform, performance, and reliability
•Keep each creator's portfolio in Google Drive up to date by refreshing samples, removing outdated content, and making sure folders are clearly labeled and easy to browse
•Refresh the roster regularly with new talent to avoid content fatigue
•Work with Creative Strategist to prioritize creators who’ve delivered strong results

Creator Onboarding:

•Delivering structured onboarding into each campaign
•Providing clear visual briefs, campaign guidelines, and learning materials
•Ensuring creators understand expectations and deliverables
•Provide an organized creator handoff to DAM after onboarding: contact info, brief confirmations, any red flags or needs
•Identify recurring onboarding pain points and propose system-level solutions (template updates, FAQ doc, Loom tutorials)

Creator Education:

•Build and maintain a centralized “Creator Success Kit” with training videos, filming tips, best practices, and campaign do’s/don’ts
•Keep materials updated based on feedback and platform trends

Process Documentation

•Collaborate with Creative Strategist to align sourcing with performance goals
•Own and evolve SOPs to creator sourcing, onboarding, and roster management
•Train and mentor any junior support on sourcing or onboarding workflows as team scales

Cross-Functional Coordination

•Act as the point person for all UGC creator-related workflows across delivery teams
•Work with DAMs for smooth handoff after onboarding
•Regularly sync with Creative Strategist to understand performance trends and guide future sourcing
•Collaborate with video editors to understand creator quality, filming issues, and footage formatting problems
