About the role
We are looking for a structured and hands-on Weekend Coordinator to join our Operations team on a part-time basis (50%). This is a key role where you’ll take ownership of the weekend flow, from planning and coordination to post-weekend analysis and handover.

You’ll work across all areas of Operations — Terminal, Dispatch, Support, and Carrier Management — acting as the central point of contact to ensure alignment and a smooth execution throughout the weekend.

Your responsibilities
• Prepare for the upcoming weekend by gathering key data and information from all Operations teams
• Communicate relevant updates clearly and efficiently across the organization
• Coordinate and support live operations throughout the weekend, solving issues as they arise
• Lead the weekend operations sync, take meeting notes, and follow up on action points
• Process data and compile performance reports after each weekend
• Conduct a post-mortem analysis and hand over key outcomes to weekday teams
• Provide administrative support on an ad hoc basis when needed
