We are on the lookout for a skilled professional who not only understands the ins and outs of Etsy and Amazon but also possesses the magic touch to optimize product listings for maximum impact.
Responsibilities:
Marketplace & Content Management
Create and optimize product listings across Amazon, Etsy, Wal-Mart, TikTok and Google Shopping.
Ensure all content reflects brand identity with high-quality images, compelling copy, and keyword-rich descriptions.
Monitor and update product listings to maintain accuracy, compliance, and peak visibility.
Implement cutting-edge SEO strategies to boost discoverability across platforms.
Digital Advertising & Paid Media Oversight
Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Search, Google Shopping, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
Track KPIs, manage ad budgets, and drive ROAs through data-driven decisions and A/B testing.
Collaborate with creatives on campaign visuals and messaging tailored for each platform.
E-Commerce Store Management
Manage and update the Shopify store and WordPress online shop, ensuring a seamless user experience, mobile optimization, and accurate product categorization.
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers as needed to improve storefront functionality.
Oversee customer-facing elements like upsells, reviews, shipping options, and discount logic.
Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination
Supervise product availability and fulfillment pipelines in coordination with inventory teams.
Flag low-stock items, manage SKU accuracy, and sync inventory across all platforms.
Product Development & Launch Support
Assist with ideation and launch of new products—everything from market research and naming to packaging and go-to-market strategies.
Coordinate with sourcing and creative teams to bring new offerings to life.
Qualifications:
At least 20-30 hours of availability a week. The position will begin as remote / telecommute hourly contract work, but can become full time if the initial work is successful.
Proven experience in digital marketplace management, with a laser focus on Etsy and Amazon.
A strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in the dynamic realm of e-commerce.
Exceptional attention to detail and a creative mindset for content creation.
