LOCATION - this is remote opportunity with 50% travel Nationwide SALARY RANGE - $90-110K
The salary range for this position is based on market data and is intended to provide a general guideline for the position. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and geographic location. The final offer will be determined through a comprehensive evaluation during the hiring process.
Position Summary The Sr. Strategic Account Analyst works on the client teams to achieve high quality service levels, especially for key accounts, while supporting data analysis. This position serves a critical support role for the Strategic Account Managers and is considered a gateway role to the Strategic Account Manager position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identify client service trends and/or areas for enhancement, recommend process improvements and provides those recommendations to the Strategic Account Manager.
Track key account metrics and report out on spend in budget categories, identifying, addressing and escalating any anomalies.
Coordinate response to client inquiries or issues as required, with a focus on delivering excellent service.
Support the preparation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports for clients to assist with meeting client needs.
Monitor and audit that the contracted scope of work is being performed according to documented tasks and frequencies. If inconsistencies are found, the Analyst will escalate to management/executive level.
Review client-directed processes and procedures or changes to the program and identify financial considerations.
Liaise among clients, Strategic Account Managers, Business Analyst, and internal teams to ensure delivery of our solutions according to contractual requirements.
Assists the Strategic Account Manager working with the Operations team to monitor systems to include Quality Audits, Contract Project Work and Billable Project Work, and Timekeeping.
Travel to client locations to attend meetings as needed.
Validate Customer Experience reporting that tracks the scheduling, completion, and quality of work performed at client locations.
Support the SAM team with client QBRs and regular meetings. Prepare decks for meetings.
Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2+ years in an account management role, ideally with experience in janitorial/custodial or another service-related field with high customer/client contact.
Working knowledge of MS Office and intermediate to advanced skills on Excel
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in either Finance, business management, project management, etc. Will consider candidates with a depth of related work experience as a substitute for the Bachelor’s Degree.
