Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is currently looking for an Cupid/Radiant Analyst to support a healthcare organization in Texas. This will be a 3-month contract with a high possibility of extension and will be remote. This role provides application support of medium to high complexity for both acute and non-acute care clinical applications within a large, multi-regional healthcare system. It includes responsibilities around incident, change, and problem management, adhering to established ITIL processes.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert support for the Cupid/Radiant modules, including troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization.
Collaborate across the Clinical Informatics team and enterprise to ensure the strategic alignment of clinical applications.
Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvement and develop solutions to enhance clinical workflows.
Assist in managing clinical application projects, including upgrades, new implementations, and ongoing maintenance.
Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.
Support system testing, validation, and documentation for upgrades and enhancements.
