Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Business hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM New Jersey time
  • One hour unpaid break included

Client Timezone: Eastern Time (New Jersey)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with experience in construction or project-based industries to support our operations team. This role involves managing project data within Buildertrend, overseeing budgets, tracking expenses, coordinating schedules, and handling invoicing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in financial tracking tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain project data within the Buildertrend platform, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

  • Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and flag discrepancies or issues proactively.

  • Create, send, and follow up on invoices in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate and update project schedules, deadlines, and task assignments.

  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.

  • Generate regular reports on budget status, invoicing progress, and schedule adherence.

  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks related to financial tracking and project management.



Requirements

  • Proven experience using Buildertrend for project and budget management.

  • Proficiency in financial tracking tools and invoicing processes; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

  • Previous experience in construction or project-based industries preferred.
