This is a remote position.

Growth Marketer – B2B / E-commerce (Remote, Pacific Time Hours)

Location: Remote | Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PDT (Irwindale, CA)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 1-hour unpaid break
Hours: 40 hours per week


About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client—a leading private-label distributor of electronic components—we are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketer to lead and scale their digital marketing efforts. With a strong focus on magnetic components, inductor, transformers, and connectors, our client is embarking on a digital transformation journey to modernize their e-commerce platform and accelerate revenue growth.

This is a high-impact role designed for a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer who can build and optimize marketing funnels, generate quality leads, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership. Your previous experience in Electronic B2B marketing will be highly regarded. 


The Role

As the Growth Marketer, you will own demand generation and performance marketing across all major channels—SEO, paid ads, email, content marketing, and LinkedIn. You'll be instrumental in developing high-performing marketing strategies that attract and convert B2B audiences, while also supporting the company’s long-term digital growth plans.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across email, paid media, and retarget
  • Develop content strategies for blog, email newsletters, LinkedIn, and landing pages
  • A/B test funnels, landing pages, CTAs, and lead magnets to improve conversion rates
  • Optimize the Shopify website and blog for SEO, user experience, and traffic growth
  • Build marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences (HubSpot or equivalent)
  • Analyze marketing data and report on key metrics such as CPL, CAC, and LTV
  • Align marketing strategies with sales objectives and adapt campaigns based on feedback

Requirements


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B growth or performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce, electronics / industrial, or manufacturing sectors
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Shopify, Google Ads, GA4, and email platforms
  • Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing, lead scoring, and conversion tracking
  • Exceptional content writing and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI across channels
  • Bonus: Experience with AI-driven marketing tools (Jasper, ChatGPT, Make, Zapier)
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a passion for building systems from scratch
