Are you a UX design expert with a passion for crafting intuitive, user-centered websites? We're looking for a talented UX Designer to lead the charge in optimizing our digital experience!

In this role, you'll spearhead UX strategy and implementation efforts, working closely with developers and stakeholders to elevate our website's performance and usability. You'll dive deep into user behavior through research and testing, transforming insights into elegant wireframes, prototypes, and user flows—primarily in Figma, which is a must-have skill for this position.

Responsibilities:

Lead UX strategy and implementation for website design optimization
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows in Figma
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to implement design improvements
Continuously identify UX issues and propose enhancements based on user behavior and feedback

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design
Advanced proficiency in Figma (MUST HAVE)
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful UX design and website optimization projects
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
