About the Role: The Sales Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in supporting revenue driving activities for the global Health Sales team. They will do so by supporting, developing and delivering localized and specialized product training programs globally. This role will ensure that sales teams across different regions are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively position and sell our solutions. They will also manage eLearning and documentation, working closely with the other members of the Sales Enablement Team to support global onboarding, product training, sales tools training and application of MEDDPICC to drive revenue for the health sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and implement localized and specialized product training programs tailored to the needs of different regions and specialty products inclusive of persona, market, competition, and value selling.

  • Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate training sessions for sales teams globally, both in-person, virtually and with on demand eLearning. Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to ensure effective training delivery.

  • Manage Highspot Documentation: Maintain and update Highspot documentation together with commercial and marketing teams, ensuring all training materials, resources, and sales enablement content are organized and accessible.

  • Support Onboarding Programs: Collaborate with the Senior Sales Enablement Manager to develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, enabling a rapid path to sales competency and productivity for localized and specialized products.

  • Monitor Training Effectiveness: Continuously assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance metrics, and other evaluation methods. Implement improvements based on findings.

  • Collaborate with GTM Leadership: Work closely with sales, commercial and marketing leaders to identify training needs and develop programs that address gaps in sales skills and knowledge.

  • Drive Change Management/Behavioral Change: Leverage change management principles to create meaningful and lasting impact from training programs.  

Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales Training: Proven experience in developing and delivering sales training programs, preferably in a global context.

  • Knowledge of Sales Enablement Tools and AI: Familiarity with Highspot, Gong, and other sales enablement tools. Experience with utilizing AI in or together with these and other sales enablement tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly.

  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve programs.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt training programs to the needs of different regions and cultures. Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as Quota Carrying Salesperson

  • Familiarity with the health markets, clinical solutions, and medical education

  • Multilingual: Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages such as Spanish, German, French, Japanese, Chinese etc.
