✍️ As a Head of Expansion at Xolo, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market process for new markets, from research to launch and optimization.
  • Design, manage, and execute in-depth market studies to inform data-driven expansion decisions, leveraging both internal resources and external partners.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment and decision-making on which markets to enter, when, and how, using demand testing and real-time feedback loops.
  • Craft and roll out localized acquisition strategies and growth campaigns tailored to each market, in close collaboration with the marketing, product, and operations teams.
  • Refine our GTM framework to achieve rapid velocity and efficient cost structures for each new market entry.

  • 7+ years of proven experience in GTM strategy, expansion, or international growth in a startup environment.
  • Deep expertise in market research, demand testing, and localization strategies, supported by experience in harnessing AI to automate processes as much as possible.
  • Analytical and structured mindset, with the ability to translate insights into high-impact actions.
  • Strong collaboration skills: you’re at home working across product, marketing, and operations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, a bias toward action, and a passion for helping solopreneurs succeed.
