Description

Role Overview

As an HR Operations & Payroll Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting payroll processes and HR administrative functions. You will ensure accurate and timely attendance and payroll processing, maintain employee records, and assist with various HR activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Payroll:

  • Assist with the payroll process, including onboarding new employees and processing leaving employees.
  • Manage the employee attendance system.
  • Upload various files into the payroll system, such as expense reimbursements, meals, fuel, cars etc.
  • Produce reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with pension agents.
  • Respond to employee inquiries.

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain HR databases and reports, and manage employees’ document creation, submission, and management
  • Responsible for employee on-boarding, off-boarding, and changes in employee life cycle in the SAP HR system
  • Work closely with other members of the global HR team to support in managing the HR data in SAP HR
  • Support and manage day-to-day operations and projects and assist with the execution of a range of activities within the area of HR
  • Own internal HR systems and databases, maintain accurate and updated people files
  • Maintain data systems, data cleaning, and data integrity

Requirements

  • Academic degree
  • Certified payroll controller – an advantage
  • Proven experience with payroll systems (e.g., Hilan), attendance systems, ERP (SAP), and office software (mainly Excel).
  • Good IT orientation
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details and focus on data accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office, with a high level of knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent people and service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to fast-changing environments
  • Flexible, dynamic, energetic & team player
