As a Business Application Expert, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day activities around our enterprise Veeva ecosystem. You’ll work closely with Commercial, Medical, and Compliance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Veeva solutions, manage E2E projects- timelines, risks, and ensure smooth configuration, testing, rollout, and adoption of new features. Success in this role requires solid Veeva expertise, hands-on project management skills, strong communication, and a creative mindset for solving system challenges. 


Responsibilities

  • Manage E2E Veeva implementation and enhancement projects, overseeing project plans, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications to deliver solutions on time and within budget
  • Design, configure, and implement solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides and user manuals.
  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure quality and accuracy of system configurations.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
  • Stay current with Veeva product updates and new features, and recommend enhancements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Veeva CRM implementor or administrator.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM configurations, custom objects, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience with Veeva Vault and Veeva event Management - an advantage.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects end-to-end, including timelines, stakeholders, risks, and deliverables.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Veeva certifications (e.g., Veeva CRM, Veeva Administrator, Veeva Vault) .
  • English - Fluent
