Job Description

Elavon, a leader in payment solutions, is seeking an in market outside Sales Market Manager to be part of an exciting opportunity to develop new business account relationships in Orlando, Florida predominately. Elavon is the exclusive provider of Regions Merchant Services and this position would solely service the Regions Bank alliance relationship. For this opportunity, candidates must be located in close proximity to their assigned market in Orlando, Florida.

How you’ll spend your time:

  • Build and grow Regions Merchant Services relationship, with in consistent referral production. Our bank partners provide warm leads and are rewarded for sending referrals your way!

  • Daily utilization and updating of Salesforce as a CRM tool.

  • Developing profitable new business account relationships and increased profitability from existing accounts by selling Merchant Services (Visa/MC/Discover/American Express processing) to Small/Medium Size businesses.

  • Identifying business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.

  • Learn and develop expert-level knowledge of company products and services.

  • Presenting to prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs.

  • Implementing and maintaining an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.

  • Receive guidance and training in a remote environment and achieve daily objectives as set forth by your manager.

**No experience with Merchant Services required, just strong sales experience and a willingness to learn and grow with us! This role includes a base salary, a commission plan and a travel reimbursement.

This position also requires ten or more hours of driving per week.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience-

  • Two to three years of relevant sales experience

  • Ability to travel 3-4 days per week in market (no overnight required)

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Bilingual Requirement: Spanish proficiency in verbal and written communications.

  • Expert knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations 

  • Excellent marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills 

  • Excellent track record with outside sales activities

  • Ability to creatively resolve complex problems with general guidance  

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously 

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills 

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 

The salary range listed below is inclusive of the business line incentive and commission plan, targeting overall compensation

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $55,760.00 - $65,600.00 - $72,160.00
