Job description

High-Volume Internal Recruiter

Location: Remote (EST hours preferred, PST overlap welcome)
Type: Full-Time
Team: Cross-Functional Recruiting

We’re looking for a High-Volume Internal Recruiter to help scale our teams across operations, customer success, admin, and more. In this role, you’ll own a fast-moving pipeline of diverse roles, ensuring speed, structure, and quality from first outreach to final offer. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, optimize recruiting workflows, and keep candidates informed and engaged every step of the way.

What You'll Do
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and job families

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates efficiently and effectively

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and sourcing strategies

  • Leverage ATS tools and automation to maintain visibility and momentum across roles

  • Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates to ensure a great experience

  • Track and assess pipeline health, reporting on key metrics and suggesting process improvements

What You Bring
  • 2–3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, either agency or in-house

  • Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions without sacrificing quality

  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal

  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, scheduling software)

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with shifting priorities

  • Availability to work full-time on Eastern Time (with Pacific Time overlap preferred)

Nice to Have
  • Experience hiring across both technical and non-technical functions

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency

  • Experience supporting distributed or global teams
