  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex user issues promptly.
  • Stay informed about the latest updates in online learning trends and EdTech products to deliver accurate information to clients.
  • Engage customers proactively, seeking to understand their needs and providing tailored support.
  • Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance your knowledge and customer service skills.
