Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding home entertainment systems.

  • Document all interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and provide effective solutions.

  • Encourage and promote the usage of home entertainment systems to maximize customer enjoyment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in technology or home entertainment sectors.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and assist with various home entertainment systems.
  • Familiarity with customer support databases and electronic support tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively managing workload.
