Job description

The Role:

We're a fast-scaling vacation rental management company operating in over 7 U.S. states with 170+ properties and counting - but our growth is outpacing our operational depth.

We've outgrown manual processes, one-dimensional leadership, and fragile team structures. And while our current GM is committed and hard-working, he's not architecting a scalable future. We need someone who can take the reins and turn our operation into a bulletproof, tech-optimized machine.

You'll Lead:

  • Property onboarding
  • Owner satisfaction
  • Guest operations and customer service
  • Cleaning & maintenance teams
  • Financial management
  • AI integration & automation
  • Recruiting & org design for scale

Tools & Environment:

  • Hostify (PMS), PriceLabs, Rentals United
  • Breezeway for automated task management
  • HubSpot for CRM
  • Airtable for ops workflows


Requirements:

  • Type A, emotionally neutral, obsessively organized
  • Financially literate and tech fluent - you're fluent in spreadsheets and automation
  • Ruthless about KPIs and cash flow - you track everything
  • Strong manager of people - you hire, fire, and coach with clarity
  • Calm in chaos, tactful with clients, and unwavering in execution
  • Speaks fluent Spanish and English and ideally can travel occasionally for onsite visits
  • Ultimately wants to lead a company and isn't afraid of stepping into the CEO seat
  • Flexible hours but must be available during peak EST/CST windows
