As a Assessment Quality Specialist you will be an integral part of the Continuing Healthcare team. You will be responsible for ensuring that reviews and assessments, once received, are clinically correct with no errors.

Everyday you will...

  • Quality assure clinicians completed assessments and ensure they are in line with relevant statutory legislation and code of practice.
  • Ensure assessments are person centred, strengths based with a focus on well-being and prevention.
  • Participate in Project meetings as and when required.
  • Provide and receive feedback to/from clinicians to develop excellent delivery standards.
