Our mental health support team provides a wide range of mental health services to support the NHS and local authorities across the UK. Our goal is to make sure everyone gets the help they need quickly and easily. We provide people with adult digital mental health support, children and young people digital mental health support, group mental health support and mental health assessments.

Do you have amazing attention to detail and have admin experience within a clinical setting? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and believe in getting it done right the first and every time?

As a Assessment Quality Specialist you will be an integral part of the Continuing Healthcare team. You will be responsible for ensuring that reviews and assessments, once received, are clinically correct with no errors.

Everyday you will...

• Quality assure clinicians completed assessments and ensure they are in line with relevant statutory legislation and code of practice.
• Ensure assessments are person centred, strengths based with a focus on well-being and prevention.
• Participate in Project meetings as and when required.
• Provide and receive feedback to/from clinicians to develop excellent delivery standards.

What will help you succeed in this role?

• A background in admin within a clinical setting e.g: GP surgery – a sound knowledge of clinical terminology is essential.
• Having an amazing attention to detail and analysis skills whilst dealing with a fast paced environment.
• High level of discretion with regards to GDPR and Data Protection confidentiality
