What You'll do:

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core, following best practices for scalability, performance, and security;

- Participate in the implementation of a microservices-based architecture, ensuring compliance with functional and non-functional requirements;

- Develop services that handle data integration from various sources to multiple destinations (e.g., APIs, SQL Server, Elasticsearch, Redis, ActiveMQ, Graph DBs, CSV);

- Write and maintain complex SQL Server stored procedures, as well as legacy VBA scripts and Excel macros;

- Create and manage build and release pipelines, test plans, and helm charts using Azure DevOps and Kubernetes;

- Develop OAuth mechanisms and integrate with ADFS for secure authentication and authorization;

- Implement unit and integration testing using frameworks such as Moq, FluentAssertions, xUnit/NUnit;

- Review and approve Pull Requests from team members, providing constructive feedback and enforcing code quality standards;

- Create Kibana dashboards and Elasticsearch queries to support monitoring and analytics;

- Write and maintain technical documentation and contribute to secure coding, logging, and auditing practices;

- Collaborate in a SCRUM-based development environment, participating in sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and team knowledge sharing;

What You Are:

- 6+ years of experience in software development;

- 5+ years of experience in backend development with .NET C#, including 2+ years working with microservices architecture;

- 2+ years of experience in front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS);

- 1+ year working in an international or multicultural team environment;

- 2+ years of experience with asynchronous programming and messaging patterns (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, ServiceBus, CQRS);

- Strong knowledge of:

> .NET Core (C#)

> Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles

> REST API development and backend architecture

> Relational databases (SQL Server) and query optimization

> Git and modern branching strategies

- Proficient in:

> Testing frameworks (Moq, FluentAssertions, xUnit/NUnit)

> Front-end basics (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

> Secure coding practices, logging, and auditing mechanisms

- Experience with:

> Azure DevOps pipelines and test plans

> Kubernetes and Helm charts

> OAuth and ADFS authentication

> Kibana and Elasticsearch

> Legacy technologies such as VBA and Excel macros

- Fluent in English.
