Job Title: Senior Business Analyst & Data Analytics (CPG Industry - Consumer Packaged Goods)

Experience: 6+ years

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in development (Power BI, SQL, Python), excellent client management skills, and in-depth understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, leading data-driven projects, and delivering high-impact insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
Facilitate requirement workshops, user interviews, and solution walkthroughs.
Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications.

Data & Analytics:

Perform data exploration, profiling, and analysis using SQL and Python.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
Interpret data patterns and trends to generate actionable insights.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across data sources.

Client Engagement & Delivery:

Lead client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
Manage expectations and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeliness standards.
Provide analytical support to clients and internal teams, addressing questions and concerns effectively.

CPG Domain Expertise:

Apply domain knowledge to understand business models, sales, supply chain, and consumer behavior specific to the CPG industry.
Use industry benchmarks and best practices to guide analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Background as a Business Analyst
Background in Development (PBI / SQL / Python)
Good Client management skills
Good CPG / Data understanding
English level B2 or above is required
