This position works as Telemedicine Assistant, and we need nurse background to assist to recheck the prescription and coordinate with our Pharmacy network about the medicine prescribed and support physician for Clinic admin task then the physician can pay attention on medical with less worries and this position will work as clinical nurse to release the nurse fulltime roster in some occasion.
Responsibilities
- Response customers for serving and response questions, information, appointments and concerns regarding medical services.
- Assist in other activities as needed to ensure smooth and efficient medical operations.
- Schedule of teleconsultations and other medical services.
- Responsible for appointments with third party partners as directed by medical Physician.
- Support medical Physician in scheduling outbound teleconsultation, follow ups. etc.
- Support patients with obtaining prescribed medicines thru pharmacy partners.
- Survey customers monthly for quality assurance.
- Ensuring consistent and accurate documentation in the system and in patient’s medical record.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree of Nurse Science
- At least 3 years working in a health insurance setup/medical facility/hospital
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially for phone and correspondence; knowledge of English is an added advantage
- Strong service orientation and customer centric attitude
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and manage prioritize work and shift priorities as needed.
- Service mind and helpful people as they address their medical needs.
