TimelyCare is seeking a Provider Engagement Clinical Lead to join the Clinical Excellence team. This role reports directly to the Provider Engagement Manager and is responsible for providing systematic support to the provider engagement and coaching operations (~40%), provider support/outreach (~30%), lead special assignments that could include cross-functional partners (~15%), and provide some direct clinical care to members via Scheduled Counseling services (~5-15%).
As a Provider Engagement Clinical Lead, you are actively seeking to improve care and delivery, engage in efforts to drive quality care, and create an effective provider network.
What You’ll Do
Routinely coach and engage providers on opportunities for clinical quality improvement.
Conduct chart audits to review provider performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the Provider Engagement & Coaching (PE&C) system and execution of PE&C interventions.
Assist in preparing and analyzing provider performance data.
Provide training and support to providers and coaches.
Create and maintain network-wide resources and communication materials.
Serves as a primary point of contact for providers and coaches in the network and responsible for communicating updates.
Participate or lead improvement initiatives across the continuum of care operations and delivery
Engage in network retention efforts and facilitate resignations/deactivations.
As needed, conducts live platform training.
As needed, identifies, researches, recommends product enhancements to improve the provider and coach experience and enhance quality outcomes.
Provide availability for weekly Scheduled Counseling sessions with members (5% - 15%)

What You Bring
Required:
Masters degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent independent clinical licensure. Associate therapists are not applicable for this position at this time.
At least 3 years of post-licensure experience providing services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment
Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
2+ years of experience in healthcare operations
Experience with process improvement programs
Preferred:
2+ years of provider relations and engagement experience
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Suite
Working knowledge of Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms

The salary range for this opportunity is $68k - $72k per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.
