Salary Range:    $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly
Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for:

  • At the direction of the Supervisor, direct the activities of Inventory Control/Quality Assurance personnel to ensure consistency and conformance to schedules and operating procedures.
  • Build and maintain relationships, co-workers, and other K & N departments.
  • Assists internal departments with questions/problems associated with inventories and or product quality.
  • Conduct independent audits, researching and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Handles special duties assigned by the department Supervisor.
  • Maintain all required reports.
Qualifications

Experience, Skills & Education:

Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job will be considered.

  • 2 years hands-on warehouse experience.
  • 4 years Inventory and or Quality experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Use a variety of computer programs specifically MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to achieve K & N forklift certification

 

Additional Qualities Necessary:

  • Lead by example.
  • Must be well organized and demonstrate ability to prioritize, follow through on all tasks and projects, and meet pre-determined deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in a 1-on-1 or team situation.
  • Consistently good attendance and availability to work overtime, including Saturdays, on an as needed basis.
  • Team player, maintaining a customer focus, both internally and externally.
