Position Overview: As a Senior Contract Recruiter, you’ll spearhead talent acquisition for high-priority roles across the DoD, Federal Agencies, and Intelligence Communities. Leveraging your expertise in sourcing, engagement, and pipeline development, you’ll identify and convert top-tier passive candidates to support our national security mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Use advanced techniques (Boolean logic, Chrome extensions, social platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Clearance Jobs, and tools like Hiretual/Entelo, etc. to engage passive talent.
Build and maintain a robust talent network for hard-to-fill DoD and Federal roles.
Evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit through targeted outreach and interviews.
Proactively identify and attract high-performing, diverse candidates.
Ensure meticulous tracking of candidates, metrics, and reporting in the applicant system.
Partner with hiring teams to align on requirements and expedite hiring decisions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or 4+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of degree).
6+ years of proven success recruiting for DoD, Federal Agencies, or Intelligence Communities.
Boolean searches, social sourcing, and niche platforms.
Candidate engagement strategies for passive talent.
MS Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills with the ability to sell opportunities to candidates.
Detail-oriented with a track record of accurate ATS/reporting management.
