Position Overview
RecruitGo is in search of a Hotel Customer Success Consultant based in the Philippines.
Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills, and has ability to effectively manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
The Customer Success Consultant (CSC) will be responsible for providing professional consultancy services for our upselling programs to our partners. The primary objective will be to ensure the successful adoption, utilization, and optimization of our programs, ultimately driving maximum ROI impact for both our partners and UpsellGuru. The CSC will establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, guiding them through their journey with our programs and ensuring their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional consultancy programs to our partners, ensuring adherence to program responsibilities and maximizing ROI impact.
Utilize effective consultancy abilities and strong influencing skills to drive program adoption and engagement among partners.
Retain allocated client base, minimizing churn to less than 5% and optimizing engagement across all programs.
Establish, own, and maintain key multi-level relationships with individual hotel customers.
To document and present identified opportunities and agreed actions with ownership and delivery dates.
Conduct onboarding sessions, monthly pulse-check business reviews, and virtual support sessions for clients, facilitating platform and tool adoption and training.
Assist clients in achieving minimum ROI thresholds and define strategies to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
Must Have:
Previous experience in hotel management or the hospitality industry is required.
Proven track record in consultancy roles preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work US times to accommodate client needs.
Hotel Industry experience is a MUST
