Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Brisbane Time (1-hour unpaid break)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours


Join a forward-thinking team as a Business Process Administrator supporting the improvement of internal workflows and operational efficiency. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with 1–3 years of experience in operations or business administration who enjoys organizing systems, maintaining SOPs, and coordinating task flows.


Key Responsibilities

Process Documentation & Support

  • Update and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Maintain visual process maps (e.g., Draw.io)

  • Ensure documentation is accessible and current

Task & Workflow Coordination

  • Manage task tracking tools (e.g., Asana) and monitor deadlines

  • Flag bottlenecks and ensure team adherence to workflows

  • Track process metrics for review

Operations & Compliance

  • Collect feedback from cross-functional teams for process improvements

  • Help onboard and train staff on tools and systems

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation standards

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest optimizations

  • Assist with automation and workflow streamlining initiatives


Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Industrial Engineering, or related field

  • Experience: 1–3 years in business operations, admin support, or process documentation

  • Tools: Familiar with Asana/Trello, Draw.io/Lucidchart, Google Workspace or MS Office

  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive mindset
