Job description

This is a remote position.

Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in UI testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in designing and executing test cases, managing defect life cycles, and independently handling client communication. This role requires a balance of hands-on testing skills and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience - 8 to 12 Years.
Lead and manage the end-to-end UI testing effort across projects.
Design, review, and execute detailed test cases based on functional and UI requirements.
Perform thorough defect tracking and reporting, ensuring timely closure with development teams.
Participate in requirement analysis and provide test estimates and strategies.
Act as a single point of contact for customer communications, including status updates, clarifications, and defect discussions.
Drive the adoption and implementation of test automation using any standard tool (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Cypress).
Mentor and guide junior QA team members in best practices and quality standards.

Requirements

Strong experience in UI testing, with a deep understanding of UI/UX principles.
Hands-on experience in test automation using any tool (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, Cypress).
Excellent knowledge of test case design techniques, test execution, and defect reporting.
Proven ability to manage and lead QA efforts across multiple workstreams.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to independently manage customer interactions.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
