Job Description Summary:

The Head of Creative and Corporate Branding will lead an internal design team and be responsible for the creative strategy and execution for all corporate branding initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven track record in corporate branding. The Head of Creative and Corporate Branding will collaborate with senior leadership, investor relations, communications, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative solutions that communicate scientific data, align with our business objectives, and resonate with our audiences. In addition, the Head of Creative and Corporate Branding will work closely with the brand teams to ensure that the product creative design is cohesive and supportive of the overall corporate branding.
The Head of Creative and Corporate Branding ensures adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.
Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative and unique creative strategies that enhance the company's brand identity within the market.
  • Lead and inspire external and internal teams of copywriters and designers to deliver high-quality creative content across all platforms that adheres to the established branding guidelines.
  • Establish corporate brand guidelines and ensure adherence across the organization
  • Oversee the design of corporate materials and campaigns, and digital content that represents PTC mission and vision. Collaborate with all functions and levels within the organization to ensure cohesive messaging and branding consistency.
  • Extensive interface with c-suite executives to shape creative strategy, and create content for scientific and corporate presentations
  • Oversee the creative process from concept to completion of corporate campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in branding efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, including agencies and vendors, to enhance creative performance.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to translate a creative brief into compelling branding and campaigns.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful branding initiatives within the healthcare industry.
  • Confident leader who demonstrates leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to all levels of organization.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Presents both creative design and copywriting experience

Minimum level of education and years of relevant work experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, branding, marketing, communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in creative leadership roles, including healthcare and corporate branding.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ direct management experience.
  • Ability to lead teams utilizing design software for both print and digital projects

Travel requirements: 30% Travel to Warren and Bridgewater, NJ Offices

Remote role: Preference for location in the Central or Eastern time zone with required periodic travel to corporate headquarters

Expected Base Salary Range:

$212,000 - $280,000. The base salary offered will be contingent on assessment of candidate education level, background, and experience relative to the requirements of the position they are being considered for, as well as review of internal equity.

In addition to base salary, PTC employees are also eligible for short- and long-term incentives. All eligible employees may also enroll in PTC’s medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans.
