Job Description Summary 

The Director, Enterprise Solutions Architect will think outside the box and be able to steer a team to holistically and tactically deliver cutting-edge technologiesThey will have an exceptional understanding of Cloud and Service Architecture as well as Object Oriented Design.  We are looking for an individual who can think nimbly, mentor technically, and is passionate about technology. 

 

 

Responsibilities/Duties 

  • As a technical evangelist will guide and lead full stack development for the team by working with functional leads and architects 

  • Work in an agile development environment 

  • Drive design, guide development and deliver software solutions per requirements

  • Serve as technical subject matter expert and collaborate with the Design and Product teams

  • Produce technical specifications based on requirements and design 

  • Ability to code review and provide recommendations 

  • Analyze and research software requirements to determine feasibility of design and market requirements within time and cost constraints. 

  • Serve as a technical expert in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or complex enhancements to existing software. 

  • Follows and enforces engineering best practices and propose innovations 

  • Mentor junior and senior engineers and grow a team from a technological standpoint 

  • Strong advocacy for technical standards and improvement across TRHC 

 

Qualifications/Skills 

  • 10+ years of software development experience with modern programming languages and concepts 

  • Strong experience with AWS or GCP 

  • Strong architecture and system design skills 

  • Demonstrated experience delivering customer value at a rapid pace, while maintaining a high level of software quality 

  • Proficiency with common development tools (e.g., Git, Jira, etc.) and processes (e.g., pair programming, QA, deployments) 

  • Passion for software development processes and engineering culture 

  • Experience with Instrumentation, analytics, and performance measurement 

  • Experience with agile methodology is a plus (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.)
