Job Description

Overall responsibilities

  • Working together with AFRY’s Global Group Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team, giving support in C&B data handling in the HRIS, benchmarking requests, salary analysies, C&B reporting and analytics as well as process development and improvements when it comes both to the general C&B area and the HRIS/SucessFactors (HRIS) setup for C&B modules. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
    • Support in C&B Annual processes, such as Annual Salary Reviews, Short Term Incentive, Long Term Incentive, Benefits information.
    • Support with AFRYs Job Architecture, both related to the data handling, annual updates of the job catalogue etc.
    • Responsible for ensuring data quality of the C&B data in the HRIS by collaborating with AFRY’s Global HR colleagues, for instance related to the job architecture, salary components, STI/LTI and benefit information.
    • Creating reports and statistics on C&B data from the HRIS, identifying and resolving data errors.
    • Supporting in Pay Equity analyses.
    • Creation of communication material, for instance through presentations, SharePoints etc.

  • Readiness for routine reporting tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a structured, proactive and independent way and you enjoy problem solving
  • Ability to go from small details to large picture

Qualifications

Education

  • Degree in Business, HR, IT or similar.

Skills, experience and interests:

  • Relevant experience from a large global company and relevant work from C&B area.
  • Excellent spoken and written English as well as communication skills.
  • Great technical skills.
  • Excel wizard 
  • Great analytical, data maintenance and reporting experience
  • Open and honest personality that dares to challenge
  • Experience from SAP SuccessFactors is preferred
