About you

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience working with Agile.
• Scrum Master or Agile Coach certifications is a must. 
• 10+ years in software development projects
• Knowledge applying any change management framework with success, i.e. Lean change management.
• Diversity of various agile frameworks to assess the best fit tailored to client needs.
• Kanban certification, LeSS, Nexus and/or Scrum@Scale certification, Evidence-based management and/or Business Agility certification. (are a plus)
• Extreme ownership and leadership.
• Inspire trust in others
• Coaching is your primary meal at breakfast.
• Driven by a desire to share knowledge and teach others.
• Proven experience providing coaching or mentoring.
• English is a requirement, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Guide through agile mentoring and agile coaching sessions to ensure a excellent performance in agile execution.
• Accompany, assess and provides clarity in the help needed to address improvements by applying the best agile ways of working.
• Get support to implement practices and initiatives towards the best software quality.
• Provide training, guidance and help to achieve the best results with agile culture and practices.
• Follow up on measurement systems, identifying relevant and actionable metrics that lead us to new ways to improve.
