Internal Recruiter
📍 Remote | 🕐 PST/EST Hours | 💼 Full-Time | 🚀 High-Volume, Tech-Focused Recruiting

Hire Hangar is on the lookout for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in high-volume staffing—especially from large recruiting firms—who knows how to source, assess, and place top-tier tech talent. 🔍 What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation

  • Handle multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a strong pipeline of quality candidates

  • Conduct technical interviews to assess skill fit and client alignment

  • Partner closely with tech clients and hiring managers to understand evolving role requirements

  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up

  • Use ATS and sourcing tools to organize and track candidate data efficiently

  • Suggest and implement improvements to streamline recruiting workflows and boost hiring success

What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume staffing environment

  • Proven experience working with tech clients and conducting technical interviews

  • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to working with both candidates and internal teams

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing tools

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, remote work setting

  • Availability to work PST or EST hours (must be flexible to overlap with PST a few days per week)
