Hire Hangar is on the lookout for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in high-volume staffing—especially from large recruiting firms—who knows how to source, assess, and place top-tier tech talent. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation
Handle multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a strong pipeline of quality candidates
Conduct technical interviews to assess skill fit and client alignment
Partner closely with tech clients and hiring managers to understand evolving role requirements
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up
Use ATS and sourcing tools to organize and track candidate data efficiently
Suggest and implement improvements to streamline recruiting workflows and boost hiring success
2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume staffing environment
Proven experience working with tech clients and conducting technical interviews
Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to working with both candidates and internal teams
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing tools
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, remote work setting
Availability to work PST or EST hours (must be flexible to overlap with PST a few days per week)

Are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive about candidate engagement
Enjoy working independently while collaborating with diverse teams across time zones
