Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients inquiring about electronic repairs and warranties.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting electronic devices and processing warranty claims.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer management system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to follow up on repair statuses and provide updates to customers.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, repair processes, and warranty policies to assist customers accurately.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvements and enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the consumer electronics or technical support sectors.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing software is an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
