Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients purchasing from the online bookstore.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding book availability, orders, shipping details, and returns.
  • Help resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Stay updated on current promotions, books, and services to share with customers.
  • Encourage a community-focused atmosphere by engaging positively with customers and promoting reading.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in retail or e-commerce settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • A love for books and reading, along with enthusiasm for promoting literature.
