Requirements for the position

10+ years of experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role, ideally with experience in scaling global teams.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, with a keen eye for identifying top-tier talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Ability to provide strategic recruitment guidance to the HR team, hiring managers, and key stakeholders, offering market insights and contributing to the development of an agile, growth-oriented talent strategy.
This role requires the availability to work and attend meetings during Eastern Time zone (North America) business hours.
