As a DSP Campaign Specialist, you are a skilled professional, responsible for designing, managing, and executing marketing and advertising campaigns for our clients. You will have a role in creating and implementing strategic marketing plans aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
You will oversee campaign operations, and analyze performance data to optimize our digital advertising outcomes. You will handle our marketing campaign process, and media planning, and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure that the strategies and digital content direction are well-aligned with our clients and business goals.
You are analytical and have a strategically-driven mindset. You must have superb communication skills and can lead and motivate a team. You must be a highly organized, collaborative, self-starter who demonstrates a strong sense of ownership with the ability to prioritize.

DAILY TASKS
Participate in day-to-day campaign executions and optimizations, reporting to our client, and media activity on several accounts.
Perform pre-launch activities, including campaign builds, traffic creative assets, creating targeting audiences, and other tasks involving setup
Analyze and monitor campaign performance and results
Keep up with the latest developments in marketing trends, technology, and the best practices to promote creative campaign designs.
Identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions for improving quality of work and efficiencies in the process.
Work closely with the Internal teams and external parties to ensure our digital media direction is aligned with our clients’ needs.
Train, support, and upskill new members of the team for any relevant skills needed for the job
Provide regular campaign performance reports and updates to internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights, learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns
Troubleshoot technical issues and discrepancies related to ad serving, tracking, and measurement to ensure accurate campaign delivery and reporting
Ensure compliance with relevant privacy regulations and advertising guidelines in all campaigns
Perform all other tasks that may be assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of digital advertising experience, whether at an agency, end brand, or technology platform (direct experience with Amazon DSP is a plus)
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred or a quantitative, test-driven field
Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong communication and relationship skills
Experience in data analysis providing and explaining performance reporting for digital campaigns.
Understanding of retail, display search, and media management
