Hourly Pay: $31.25 - $45.67/per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Pacific Time hours
Remote: 100% remote (Note: Equipment is not provided by the company)

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with developers, QA testers, and external clients to gather and document requirements.
Verify operational readiness and ensure cases meet business needs before production.
Create and document new feature requests and handle bug reports for mid-to-high-level projects.
Lead UAT and translate complex ideas into clear, actionable documentation.
Provide support for mid-to-high-level technical issues and test software for quality.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years as a Software Business Analyst in a SaaS company.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and QA testing.
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Postman, and MS Office.
Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work across teams and with external clients.
