What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering ready-mix concrete and associated products in a safe and efficient manner to construction sites, after being loaded at one of our concrete plant locations.
• Vehicle maintenance: performs pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspection, checking vehicle fluid levels daily and adds fluids if necessary.
• Required to keep the vehicle clean inside the cab, inside the drum, and the exterior of the vehicle using proper wash down procedures.
• Able to effectively use computer table and IOT devices

Qualifications

What you'll need:

• Minimum 18 years of age with High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid California Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License, with a tanker endorsement.
• Ability to pass Federal Department of Transportation pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and physical and be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Company/Federal testing requirements.
• Ability to bend to ground-level and reach to upper levels with use of a ladder and the stamina to stand and walk for most of the work shift, and lift upwards of 40 lbs.
• Ability to perform simple math, e.g., addition, subtraction, etc.
• Clear English speaking/writing and attentive listening skills
• Driving, using maps and directions
• Ability to be flexible with your schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
