Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus in Pre-Op to join our team. The RN will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, supporting our clinical team, and ensuring the highest standards of medical services. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results to provide appropriate care.
- Monitor and operate medical equipment safely and effectively.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
 
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license - Open outside of Texas
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a specific area, e.g., outpatient care, preventive care
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures, treatments, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
