This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Wednesday  & Saturday, 40 hours per week

Job Description

This is an exciting sales opportunity where you’ll help passionate sports enthusiasts join a premium community that will genuinely change their lives. You’ll be the bridge between interesting prospects and an incredible membership experience, combining your sales expertise with genuine customer service. Working with warm leads and existing members, you’ll guide people through their journey from initial interest to becoming active, engaged community members. This role offers the perfect blend of relationship building, sales achievement, and the satisfaction of connecting people with something they’ll truly love, all while working with a company that believes in taking care of their team through competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities
  • Contact warm and interested leads via phone and email to convert their enthusiasm into membership sign-ups
  • Follow up with prospects who have visited as guests and shown genuine interest in joining
  • Upsell existing members to premium services and enhanced packages that will elevate their experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving billing issues and member account concerns
  • Guide prospects through a smooth and welcoming membership enrollment process
  • Answer questions about facility amenities, membership benefits, and the sport itself
  • Maintain positive, enthusiastic communication that reflects the premium brand experienceWork with existing lead databases and member lists, focusing on relationship building rather than cold prospecting


Requirements
  • Excellent English proficiency for clear, professional communication with US-based customers
  • Outstanding phone communication skills with the ability to “smile through the phone” and create genuine connections
  • Personable and passionate personality that naturally relates well to people from all backgrounds
  • Sales experience preferred, particularly at a senior level with proven track record
  • Customer service mindset seamlessly blended with a results-oriented sales approach
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained on company processes, scripts, and objection handling techniques
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
  • No prior knowledge of the sport required - just bring your people skills and enthusiasm to learn
