Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients, with a strong ability to source, screen, and engage candidates across various industries. This role requires excellent communication skills and an understanding of US hiring processes, employment laws, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Source and screen candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques.

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, including coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.

  • Client & Candidate Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

  • Market & Compliance Awareness: Stay updated on US employment laws, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa regulations (H1B, Green Card, TN Visa).

  • ATS & CRM Handling: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate data and reporting.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 2–4 years in US recruitment, preferably in IT, engineering, healthcare, or other specialized domains.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.

  • Time Management: Ability to work in US time zones or overlapping hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in staffing firms or corporate recruitment for US-based clients.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Understanding of job market trends and industry-specific hiring strategies.
