Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (Herndon, VA preferred)

Position Description:

Everfox is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team reporting to the Everfox Director of Product Marketing.  The Product Marketer will serve as the subject matter expert for various Everfox solutions across government and critical infrastructure markets.

Successful candidates are those who have the following experience:  

Responsibilities:

  • Work with product teams and become the voice of the customer, translating technical capabilities into benefits for buyers and users.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and high-impact and differentiated stories.
  • Stay up to date and leverage market intelligence on customer requirements and competitive developments.
  • Support marketing programs that drive demand.
  • Develop high-impact sales tools, such as product datasheets, web content, blog entries, eBooks, videos, white papers, presentations, case studies, business cases, TCO/ROI analysis, competitive profiles and sales playbooks.
  • Coordinate the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Position Everfox's vision, architecture, solutions both internally and externally.
  • Enable the Sales and Marketing Campaigns, working closely with all business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events.
  • Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards, company announcements, and speaker proposals.
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns, gain insights, and assess against goals.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Required Skills

  • 5 years' experience in product marketing with related bachelor’s degree and experience covering network security, endpoint security, or data-centric-security oriented products.
  • Must have strong background in business principles, a broad familiarity with government or critical infrastructure customers, with previous product marketing experience in one or both spaces.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work autonomously and able to operate with minimal supervision in a highly visible, high-pressure environment.
  • Must be able to multi-task and move from topic to topic throughout the day providing responses in a timely, clear, and accurate manner.
  • Must be a creative and innovative troubleshooter with problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

Desired Skills

  • Pragmatic Institute or similar training.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, computer science or related field
  • Knowledge of campaigns and digital marketing.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$119,600.00-150,799.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
