Position Title: Inside Sales Account Executive                    

Reports to:      Director of Customer Success

Department:   Sales & Marketing

Location:  Remote USA

POSITION

As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will focus on managing and growing relationships with our existing customers. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities within your customer base, driving upsells, renewals, and cross-sell initiatives. This role requires a consultative approach to selling, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand customers' evolving needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Sales Growth: Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within your accounts, promoting additional products and services to meet the customer’s needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the business challenges faced by your customers and position our software solutions as a means to address those challenges.
  • Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas for renewals, upsells, and additional product sales.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM with all relevant information related to customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with customer success, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and facilitate feedback loops.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products, software updates, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success, preferably within a SaaS or software company.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing existing accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Consultative selling approach, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement technologies.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  Customer focused – acting with customer in mind, establishing and maintaining relations gaining trust and respect
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude while operating under pressure, and be an independent problem-solver
  • Must be self-motivated, have the ability to plan own work schedule, and set and monitor personal performance goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – effectively and succinctly convey messages with desired results.
