Scope:

The purpose of the Fundraising Support Temp is to support Publix Super Markets, Inc. in order to meet the fundraising objectives of the March of Dimes in the assigned market. The position acts as a liaison between the March of Dimes and community fundraisers, supporters, volunteers and donors.

Responsibilities:

  • Must be professional, energetic, positive, and able to provide excellent customer service to all stores assigned.
  • Be able to effectively communicate mission of the March of Dimes.
  • Eloquently present March of Dimes information (event, campaign, mission, etc.) to store coordinators and associates.
  • Manage, maintain, and organize the delivery of marketing materials requested by stores assigned.
  • Create and execute an efficient daily driving plan to maximize customer service for all stores assigned.
  • Make calls to store coordinators twice a week to every store assigned.
  • Provide weekly documentation of store visits and communication.
  • Meet with March of Dimes contact on an as-needed basis.

Details:

  • Commitment is from 8/11/25 through 8/24/25
  • Approximately 25 hours per week
  • Flexible core business hours; available 7am-3pm

Qualifications:

  • Must have HS Diploma or GED

Physical Demands: 

  • Have reliable cell phone to make calls and/or computer to watch online training videos
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Involves lifting and carrying boxes
