About the Role

Coro is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced Global Payroll Manager to join our fast-growing Finance Team. This is a key role responsible for managing payroll operations across our international offices, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and delivering accurate and timely payroll processing to our global workforce. You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, and external partners to build scalable payroll processes and support our ongoing international expansion.

This role requires a deep understanding of multi-country payroll systems, a hands-on approach, and a passion for operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Own and manage global payroll operations across multiple regions (IL, US, UK, EU, AU).
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution each cycle.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with external payroll providers and ensure legal compliance with local labor and tax regulations.
  • Lead implementation and integration of payroll systems and process improvements to support rapid growth.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on compensation, benefits, and employment tax matters.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed payroll reports and reconciliations for Finance and audit needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy in all payroll-related documentation and handle employee inquiries with care and professionalism.
  • Stay current with changing global payroll legislation and communicate implications internally.
  • Support cross-border expansion efforts with payroll insights and infrastructure readiness.

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of global payroll experience, ideally in a fast-paced, international tech or SaaS company.
  • Expertise managing payroll in Israel, UK, and US is a must; additional regions a plus.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, taxation, social security, and benefits in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll software systems (e.g., HiBob, Deel, Papaya, Paylocity, Michpal).
  • Proven ability to manage vendors payroll deadlines, and ensure compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation are essential.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
